Service & Maintenance Engineers
BSC design, manufacture, install and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) for the Commercial Sector mainly throughout South Wales. BMS provide control over the HVAC plant to aid effective and efficient operation of a building, significantly improving energy consumption.
In response to customer demand we are expanding our Service & Maintenance Department and require Services & Maintenance Engineers who will provide service support for all Service and Maintenance contracts, to ensure that the equipment continues to operate in a safe and efficient manner.
Proven experience in this field would be beneficial, and an electrical background is essential.

BMS Commissioning Engineer
Applications are invited from candidates able to demonstrate the following:
Previous experience of commissioning systems, and able to carry out on site commissioning and day to day management of site works.
Electrically biased and able to carry out simple modifications to control panels and equipment where required.
Ideally experienced with Siemens Desigo and PX equipment although other experience with any similar system would be considered.
Must have excellent IT skills, have an in-depth understanding of computer networking and working knowledge of web technology, as well as BMS software programming.
